Best of Show!
I was honored to have a quilt selected at Best of Show at the 21st Annual Festival of Quilts at Cunningham Children’s Home in Urbana, IL. The 365 Challenge Quilt was pieced over 5 years, mostly made during travels because I could take my small sewing machine and the pieces for the 3 or 6” blocks. I would sew while in a hotel room keeping me busy during pauses in the driving.. This quilt will remain in my possession due to the fond memories attached to making it.
